So this outfit is bright. It's like...borderline too bright. And you know what? I'm cool with it. We don't have snow, but it's still cold, and mostly all I want is just some bright goodness in my life. Thus, this ensemble.

The best part was when I put it on, Mitchell said "Is that shirt thrifted?" It's not--it's actually from ModCloth, but the fact that he thought it was struck me as silly for some reason. He said it looked "polyester-y" to which I said this shirt has done its job.

I think the moral of this outfit post is that pattern mixing is scary, but I'm working on it. Did you see this post from Delightfully Tacky on mixing patterns? Loooooved it.

Happy of all happiest Mondays. But not really, though. I'm feeling rather bummed that Monday has already reared its ugly head. It's col, though, because today I'm wearing a Heart t-shirt, and as far as I'm concerned, that's all it takes for a good day. Anne and Nancy Wilson are just THAT cool, am I right? Any hardcore Dreamboat Annie fans out there? Ahhh yeah.

Here's a Monday confession for you--I'm horrible at jumping. Mitchell makes fun of me for it all the time, too. Oh well. I'm cool with it. I think these new moccs make up for it.

Remember how I got a pair of Tumbleweeds glasses? Well Mitchell got some, too. Some sunnies. And now we are Tumbleweeds BFFs for life. Hey, have you entered to win the cat-eye sunglasses giveaway yet from them? No? Get on that!
