monday crushes: sponsor love edition

Monday is here yet again, and this time around big things are happening in the Morby household. More to come on that later, but I'm all sorts of nervous today. Wish me some mysterious luck! Eek!

Today I wanted to highlight my fantastic September sponsors. There are a whopping 32 lovely blogs over there on that sidebar, and I can't thank them enough for the support. Since today is Monday and nobody really wants to work anyway (am I right? or am I right?) why not take some time and browse through each of these lovely blogs/shops?

monday crushes

You know why today is great? Because we are oh so close to being done with August. Anyone else feel like August just drags? Sometimes mercilessly? August leaves me so antsy for fall--more than my usual pining for fall. Anyone else with me or am I just crazy to wish away my summer? I might just be.

I've got a busy week ahead of me, including all kinds of exciting things for the shop, so stay tuned. For now, here are some Monday crushes for your Monday, I-loathe-Monday-so-I'll-read-blogs-instead viewing pleasure.

I've caught the nail-painting bug. I blame this mostly on The Hungry Fashionista and The Dainty Squid. I think I'll try this idea next.

And I only wish I had the skillz for this:

These kitty donuts are perfection. I want one right meow.

I'm ready for my hair to be this long, please. Oh, and right now, please.

I believe we need these? Does anyone really need these? I do?

And this dress from Pegasus Vintage is so fantastic. Someone snatch if up before I do, considering it's 50% off right now along with everything else in there!

And this print shall soon be mine. Although Mitchell informed me the other day that it might be time to consider mellowing out on the cat memorabilia around the house. I couldn't disagree more.

What are you loving this week? Are you counting down the days until you can wear your Blowfish Brandi Boots like me? What if I told you I made a paper chain that actually does count down the days? Just kidding. I really didn't, but I totally wish I did.

Also, don't forget that we've got a 20% off sale on all vintage going on. Help us clear it out to make room for bigger and better things this fall! And all of our Westy and lop necklaces are $12, too, so check it all out and buy yourself something real, real nice.

Have a superb Monday full of time flying and all of that goodness.

And thus begins another week. Except this week is glorious because I'm going to the Oregon coast! Yoooou betcha. Could NOT be more excited about that if I tried. We'll be heading up on Wednesday with Mitchell's fambly and gallavanting on the coast until next Sunday. This will be my 5th time making the Oregon coast trip, and I love it every single time. Never fear, though--I've got a week of posts scheduled for you, so the blog marches on!

Before we head to Oregon, we've got some Monday crushes to take care of.

I'm loving this weaved shirt as a DIY. Love love love. (no source on this? couldn't find it anywhere on pinterest!)

Another genius DIY idea. I wish I had a place for hanging lamps in my house.

Loving these 60s prints.

And this. (This is why I always say I was born in the wrong generation.)

And these space plates are spectacular.

These Beatles illustrations are completely gorgeous. I'm a little Beatles obsessed. It's alright. Don't worry about it.

And why not have some Beatles cake pops while we're at it.

Now on to the mundane tasks of Monday. What are you looking forward to this week?
