Happy Monday, sweet champions! This week I wanted to share a bunch of my favorite blogs as of late. Mostly because I love them, but also because I want to contribute to the idea that blogging should be about community and not being "successful" or whatever that means. Let's all take a minute to share the blog love, support each other, and make friends like blogging was intended to do!

Carmen is one kool kat with two capital k's fo sho. I love her for her honesty, for her genuine voice, and her long luscious locks. She runs a vintage shop that should definitely check out as well!

Salvaged Strawberry

Amanda is an absolute gem of all gems. We talk mostly every morning, and she's a genuinely spectacular person. She just moved her blog over to Blogger, so be sure to stop by and give her a follow. She's got a sparkly new design as well! Also, she has a vintage shop that is all kinds of fabulous.

Silly Grrl

Sarah is a fabulous lady and is part of an aerial circus that you probably need to check out RIGHT NOW. It's preeeeeetty awesome. But the best part is that she's doing a series called 6 Weeks to a Better Blog!

Welcome to the Monday of your discontent. Just kidding. No, but seriously, though. Isn't every Monday the Monday of our discontent? Who wants to leave the comfy confines of a weekend for work? Nobody. And if you do, what's wrong with you?

For the rest of us who like to procrastinate, here's a nice roundup of my favorite procrastination tools.

This site. I hate politics and/or politicians so this site pretty much sums it up for me.

Animals being dicks. Just a lot of animals being real jerks.

McSweeney's is a long-time favorite of mine. My particular favorite articles? An Open Letter to the Tiny White Man the Republican Party has Sent to Live in my Underpants. And also, the classic, "I'm Comic Sans, Asshole."

The Oatmeal is another one of my all-time favorite time wasters. The How to Pet a Kitty is my favorite.

So, there you have it. A look into what my daily life probably looks like. What are your favorite online procrastinators? Other than Pinterest. We all know the world loves to pin.

I think it's safe to say that I completely forgot about Monday Crushes. Crap. But there's no time like the present crappy mc-craptastic Monday to bring back old flames. That being said, let's delve into the world of internet glory, shall we?

This is my mantra lately. One foot in front of the other. #onwardandupward, right Elise?

I need a crafternoon for this soon. My crafty side has fallen by the wayside in the worst way.

This website is the best thing to ever happen to me. Get ready to get NOTHING done today. Oh...one more gem from this site. Just for kicks and giggles.

I love Pandas. It's not a secret. I'm not ashamed. And I need this Panda pillow from Mi Casita.

I'm on the hunt for the perfect lace kimono. Or crochet one. Or whatever. Anything along these lines that's affordable. If you see one, let me know. I'm in the market in the worst way.

And check out this amaaaaaazing drawing Stephanie of Klo'ver whipped up! What the whaaaat? I love the style of it, and I love the fact that Stephanie is posing with R2-D2 in her profile picture. Star Wars geeks 4 LIFE. She drew some other bloggers as well, so stop by to check it out and tell her how awesome she is.

Lastly, I did this manicure this week and loved it. I didn't take pictures, though. Don't judge. 98% of the time I'm horrible at being a blogger and taking pictures.
