So here's the deal with me and Twitter. I love it. A lot. You know why? Because of the fact that this kind of stuff can happen:

In case you missed it, that is Here We Go Magic, the magicians/wizards/geniuses/savants behind last year's best album, seeing my sad tweet and putting me on the list for their show Wednesday night. My mind is sufficiently blown.

Now that's what I call a dream come true. I braved the fever and the runny nose and the cold-medicine-induced madness to see one of the greats in my hometown. WORTH IT! I loved every minute basking in their musical genius.

In honor of the fact that I didn't have to wear a coat to work today, I made a playlist. A springy playlist of sorts that I thoroughly enjoyed putting together.

Also, I forgot it was April Fools Day. I always forget. Any pranks in store for your day? I'll have to get Mitchell somehow...

It's been a busy week, and I've got an even busier weekend ahead of me. My company is opening a new store on Saturday, which means I get to work at 6:30am to tie the details together and help out wherever I can. These things are always pure madness, so I think today requires some excellent tunes to keep from going insane.

I made this with nothing but love, so I hope you like it! All of these musical morsels have been on heavy rotation in these parts. If you don't listen to anything else on here, at least listen to the Destroyer song. It will change your life. Happy Friday!
