A little bit ago I told you that these were my favorite boots. Well--I lied to you. I really did, and I feel really guilty about it becase I love all of you dearly. But THESE babies right here are easily, EASILY the greatest boots I've ever owned. I mean, I love the Earls and all, but ooooh baby. These boots right here are all my wildest boot dreams coming true.
The chill has most definitely made its way to stay here in Utah. With temps in the 20s and 30s, I mostly just want to lie down on my radiantly heated floor with the cats and hibernate. The bears really know what's up, you know?
This little locket piece is another one I inherited from my sweet sis-in-law's mom. It belonged to her mother, and she was kind enough to let me have it. I'm just a sucker for lockets. That's all there is to it.

Agreed - those boots are fabulous. I forgive you for lying. I wish I could be in boots and cozy sweaters and headbands (that one is ADORABLE and I'm going to check out the shop right now) but it's 70 degrees in Charlotte. SEVENTY. In December. Ludicrous! The south is so weird.

When temperatures drop, I keep warm with scarves and sweater tights. In fact, if I could somehow find a way to make it look cute, I think I would wear chunky knits from head to toe...but that would be a bit lumpy, wouldn't it?
Want in on a secret only my closest friends know? I have a Paul Frank onesie with built feet (with monkey heads, no less) that I like to wear around the apartment when it's cold!

Totally adorable - love that earwarmer! Love so much stuff Tiffany makes really. That cat sweater is too great and I think that little locket is one of the prettiest things I've seen in ages. I'm dying to get my hands on the perfect locket. What a sweet gift!
Bears totally know what's up. Sometimes- from the right angle, and when he's a little plump in the rump- I like to pretend Owen is a little baby bear cub and we just snuggle for hours. Hence the neglected state of dishes and laundry in this house.
