Let me just tell you a little bit about my aunt Lisa. She's one of the most classically beautiful women I know, and she's crazy intelligent to boot. She's lived an incredible life rich with history and experiences, and I love talking to her and hearing about her adventures. She's the one that took those pictures of Jimi Hendrix.
Anyway, she's amazing. She also runs this thirft shop for the Assistance League. It's called Thrift on 33rd, and it's a great little shop. She shares my penchant for all things vintage, and the other day, she picked up this AMAZING, jaw-droppingly fabulous feathered hat for me. I mean, seriously! Pea green feathers? Was there anything more perfect for me ever made? I think not.
Thank you, Aunt Lisa. I absolutely adore it. And you know what? I'm going to bring fancy hats and gloves back in style. You just wait and see.
