tilly on my wall
well, i think i'm going to give up on music you should know tuesdays. mostly because nobody really liked it. also mostly because i guess you can't cram your musical musings down other's throats, no matter how badly they need it.
also, maybe i don't want anyone to know my musical morsels. maybe i want to be a music snob like that.
anyway, we'll just end this epic failure with a little tilly and the wall.
they're one of my favorite bands of all time. ever. forever and always. we've been through some good and bad times, me and tilly. i've loved them since my wild days in hike school, and i still love them with the fervor i did the first time i saw them live at the glass house in CA.

the last days of freedom
only three days left of unemployment.
crap.
omg. don't get me wrong. i'm so outlandishly thrilled to start my job. seriously. gimme that steady paycheck.
but secretly, i'm going to be sad about letting go of my daily routine of sloth. i.e.,
- -going to the gym at 8:30 am instead of 5:30 am.
- -staying up late and watching family guy because i don't have to go to the gym at 5:30 am.
- -not wearing makeup
- -watching daytime tv. (studio 5, ellen, oprah--all going on the dvr asap.)
- -mid-day cat naps.
- -reading every day at 2pm since there's nothing on tv but soaps.
- -actually making dinners. real dinners. dinners not involving mac n' cheese or going to subway.
- -crafting, crafting, crafting at all hours of the day. every day. making things like this:
